SKY3DS Supporting 3DS 9.3.0-20 E/U/J and Confirmed Updated no Game Limit

Today morning once I opened my eyes and checked my friends told me about last blog NEW SKY3DS released whether it is true or not. LOL, cool, new SKY3DS with no games limit is there! the SKY3DS official team update the news,

* The new batch of SKY3DS card (no game limit) is releasing today! (12/10/2014)

The new SKY3DS card has the exactly same features with the old one except – no game limit any more,
which come with a blue button. For those old card owners, you can find the instruction here to crack the “10 games limit”.

Now the SKY3DS is the most powerful 3ds flashcard because it is the 1st still supporting the 3ds 9.3.0-21E/U/J when Nintendo updated 3DS handhold console to the top version 9.3.0-21. While the gateway 3ds confirmed that new update blocks gateway. Adding the no games limit features, SKY3DS is more powerful. Finally SKY3DS break 10 games limit, you can add as many games backup as you wish, that is to say, you can play all the latest games , all of them, because of no forgetting it supporting 3ds 9.3.0-21.

If it is the truth, awesome sky3ds. From latest Nintendo 3ds system update 9.3.0-21, sky3ds confirmed it support the 9.3.0 the first time while gateway 3ds warn us not updating because 9.3.0-21J BLOCKS GATEWAYS UPDATE!
As a result, SKY3DS users still can enjoy latest games like Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Smash bros, also we still access online in those games when 9.3.0 -21 comes out

Why SKY3DS Template File Continued Update?

From official SKY3DS news, you know that SKY3DS has already updated the template file for 4 times and it is frequent one by one. Do you want to know the reason?

SKY3DS template file is updated for supporting more 3ds games. The template file is difficult to understand for normal users, it containing title ID’s and their SHA1 checksums. This card can’t play all the 3ds roms download from forums but the work is in progress. It is probably that the roms were edited, deleted not full, not the save roms from original cartridge. Coz the official released the template file for making SKY3DS compatibility more games.

Players’ Opinion, Do not Buy SKY3DS Flashcard Right Now!!!

All 3ds flashcards like gateway, MT, and R4i can only play 3ds games on 3ds consoles with system version in 4.1-4.5 in the past. So 90% players have to buy legitimate game card to play a game. Also won’t infect Nintendo’s market.

But now SKY3DS has broken  all 3ds/ 2ds consoles, including the newest firmware 9.2.0-20, this mean there will be 90% players choose to use flashcards play 10 games instead play one game with an expensive legitimate game card. Will Nintendo still ignore this?

Nintendo could take action on their consoles, such as system upgrades, or do some change on their game ROMs, then your SKY3DS card will not work on these consoles.

Will this still value for you to buy an expensive SKY3DS?

SKY3DS Flashcard Function Test, Demonstration video

Before we reported about a flashcard known as “SKY3DS”, according to the video they published, they demonstrated that it could play copied games on the newest 9.X firmware. Now we have a copy of this cartridge, and are going to run a few tests.

SKY3DS’s exterior is the same as a normal 3DS cartridge with very little differences. At the top of the cart there is a TF cart slot, a small button and an indicator light. The TF card slot uses a TF card to load games. The button is used when selecting games, the indicator light sticks out of the cartridge, the flashing blue light points out that the game is being changed.

People paying close attention to this product know, SKY3DS at the present time cannot break through region locking. We took this card, with the contents containing “Super Mario 3D Land”, “Animal Crossing: New Leaf”, and more, but all were USA roms. A Japanese 3DS had no way to read or use this card. As for the region locking, if it is due to the card itself or the TF card’s content of games, for now we have no way to know, we are guessing it is the latter.

System restrictions aside, after undergoing some testing, SKY3DS can really support the latest 9.2 firmware and every other firmware out there, furthermore there is no need to hack or do any work, it is plug-and-play. When switching games, you just need to press the button on the card, the blue light will begin to shine, it will flicker for awhile, and at the same time the game on the 3DS will begin to change, and you can start the game. Regarding save files all functionality is normal.

At the present time SKY3DS games cannot be directly copy and pasted into the TF card just using a PC. But rather by means of a special computer program that puts the copied games into the TF card. A short while ago we connected the TF card used by the special program onto the PC, there was no way to look inside the card, and rather it said that the card needed to be formatted in order to work, because there were no programs that were compatible with it. Currently we have no way to get into the games input operations, no way to know how the games get written on to the card, as for the amount of the games that can be loaded, we aren’t sure if there is a way to replace the games and we are currently looking into this, in the future we will add more to this topic.
